We take the stress of planning a party and put it on our shoulders! All you have to do is choose a location for your event, the project, and invite your guests! We bring the kart equipped with all materials, safely park and secure the kart, and the fun begins! We clean up everything and your guests go home with their very own, personally crafted, party favor!  How cool is that?


 Important Facts: 

  • All projects are made from quality sourced materials and paints are non-toxic.

  • The Kart has been designed to accommodate a maximum of 16 children. It is wheelchair accessible and climate controlled. We roll all year long, except if there is snow on the ground. Safety comes first, always!  

  • Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Shorter timeframes may be discussed but are subject to limitations with available dates, time, and party package options. 

  • Deco Kraft Kart will arrive 30 minutes before the agreed upon party time to safely set up the Kart and all materials.

  • Deco Kraft Kart does not provide any food or beverages. For safety purposes, no food or beverages permitted in the studio.

  • The designated area (driveway, street parking in front of home) must be clear for the Kart to park within 30 minutes of the scheduled event.

  • Please make sure the parking spaces directly in front of your home can be utilized if needed (save the spots by parking there and  leave driveway empty).

  • A $50  travel fee will be charged for any parties/events located over 25 miles from Bay Shore, NY.

  • The Kart requires a minimum of 50 feet of flat space to park to host an event. Sloped or curved driveways will not be usable space as they pose a hazard.

  • Final guest count due one week prior to the event.

  • One week prior to the event date, a confirmation email will be sent to finalize all details.

  • Balance due is based on the final guest count and in cash on the day of the event.

  • A front or back yard set up with tables and chairs is available and must be discussed in advance.  

** A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book and reserve your desired          date and time.**
